Sept 8.00: Light For The Day - "Walking In Faith"

"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer 
I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life
I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave himself for me."

"Walking In Faith"

As I walk along 
this path of life 
In search of its answers 
it's meaning; why the strife? 

I am not discouraged 
nor am I dismayed 
To me this path is new 
for God it has already been played 

I get comfort in knowing 
that God is not surprised 
But my real joy comes 
from knowing I too, shall rise 

I can finally see this walk 
is not being done inveigh 
For I know He sees the hurt 
and He remembers my pain 

So with these truths 
I no longer walk in fear 
I now know I've never walked alone 
God has always been here!
