-- 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3 = 2 We always thank God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers. 3 We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by Faith, your labor prompted by Love, and your endurance inspired by Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

"Leave Regrets Behind" = / While we travel this journey of life, / Things may not always go as we planned; / Problems arise and tend to stir up strife, / We must pray and hold to God's hand. / / Trials and sufferings come and then go, / Sometimes things said are not always kind; / Sadness may come and cause tears to flow, / We must leave all sad regrets behind. / / Our Loved ones may try to help us, / Our friends may not always understand; / The Best Friend we'll ever have is Jesus, / He is always with us to hold our hand. / / Our journey in life may become dim, / Problems so often arise to torment the mind; / The Blood of Jesus covers all our sin, / Leaving all our sad regrets behind. / / Forgive to be Forgiven...be humble and pray, / Don't dwell on sad things that are past; / This life is quite brief and then some day, / Only things done for Jesus will forever last. / / Things will not always be as they are now, / The time will come when we will find; / At the pierced feet of Jesus we shall bow, / Then gladly...we'll leave all sad regrets behind. / / -- Leona I. + In Christ, the hopeless find Hope.
+ Without God the End is hopeless / But with God there is endless Hope.
+ Life without Christ is a hopeless end. / Life with Christ is endless Hope.
+ With one tiny step of Faith by man / and one giant leap of Grace by God, / man and God are Reconciled.
+ When times are hard and you can not see the light, / Remember what He said. "Walk by faith, not by sight."
+ Faith is the ability to hold on to the promise until the Answer comes.
-- Colossians 1:3-6 = 3 We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, 4 because we have heard of your Faith in Christ Jesus and of the Love you have for all the saints -- 5 the Faith and Love that spring from the Hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about in the Word of Truth, the Gospel 6 that has come to you. All over the world this Gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God’s Grace in all its Truth.
-- 1 Peter 1:3-5 = 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living Hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade -- kept in heaven for you, 5 who through Faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.
-- 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 = 16 May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who Loved us and by His grace gave us eternal encouragement and good Hope, 17 encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
-- Psalm 62:5-8 = 5 Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my Hope comes from Him. 6 He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken. 7 My salvation and my honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge. 8 Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.
-- Psalm 119:81,114,147 = + 81 My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my Hope in Your word. + 114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my Hope in Your word. + 147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my Hope in Your word.
-- 1 Corinthians 13:13 = And now these three remain: Faith, Hope and Love. / But the greatest of these is Love.
