"Knowing ...."

Dear thoughts come from dear friends,
Someone that's always there to lend a helping hand.
It's so hard to find one in this crazy world of ours,
Choosing between them and our fancy cars.

But you'll always know if they are true,
If they can trust and believe in you.
That's why I'm glad I found my one true friend,
That I know will be there until the end.

I know that if I am sad or wrong,
She'll cheer me up and help me move on.
Or if I'm in trouble or in a fight,
She'll be my guiding light.

She helped me to make my greatest sacrifice,
And that was believing in Jesus Christ.
So I thank you over and over again,
For being there and being my one true friend.
