Nov. 24.98: Light For The Day - "He Loves" 

"See what love the Father has given us,
that we should be called children of God;
and so we are. The reason why the world 
does not know us is that it did not know him."

"He Loves"

Made in His image,
Crafted by His hands,
I'm His precious child,
Designed by His plans.

Sinful by nature,
But cleansed by Christ's blood,
I'm bought at great price--
The highest act of love.

Part of the body,
Grafted into the Vine,
My purpose, to glorify--
For Him brightly shine.

Guided by His touch,
Led by His Spirit,
The future? He knows mine--
There's no need to fear it.

Guiding me gently,
Loving me through all;
He always forgives me,
As on Him I call.

Where should my self-image come from?

From Christ? 

What does God see when He looks at me?
