July 13.99: Light For The Day - "Praise the LORD"

"Oh, that these men would praise the Lord
for his lovingkindness, and for all of his
wonderful deeds! For he satisfies the
thirsty soul and fills the hungry soul with

Dear God,

It has become so easy just to sit and complain.
It has become so easy to become a junior
prophet of doom. Yet, how silly to do so,
when I think of all the blessings and all the
goodness of God. 

Lord, I want to praise You now for all You have
given me, for all that You are. When I face it,
Lord, it is You who satisfies my soul. It is You,
Lord, who fills the vacuum inside of me.

Lord, forgive me for being negative. 
Accept, now, my praise and thanks for being
so wonderful!

In Jesus' Name, Amen.
