Jesus' Trial - Luke 23:1-25

Taken from Gethsemane, Jesus first appeared before the Jewish council, which had convened at daybreak at Caiaphas's house. From there he went first to Pilate, the Roman governor; then to Herod, tetrarch of Galilee, who was visiting in Jerusalem; and back to Pilate, who, in desparation, sentenced Jesus to die.
